These terms cover the use of the website and the expo demo of [ŞİRKET UNVANI] ("Curaply"). The service relationship with clinics is governed by a separately signed agreement. These terms are also available in Turkish.
1. Nature of the service
Curaply is software that replies to messages arriving on clinics' WhatsApp lines with an AI-assisted assistant and hands conversations over to clinic staff. The assistant does not give medical advice; it does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, graft counts or final prices. Decisions and information on these matters belong to the clinic and its doctors.
2. Expo demo
- The demo runs with a fictional clinic; prices and details are examples, not a real offer.
- Do not share health information or sensitive personal data in the demo.
- To prevent abuse, a daily message limit applies per number.
- Demo conversations are deleted after 30 days.
3. Liability
The calculator and examples on the website are for information only; results are estimates, not a commitment. In a medical emergency, contact your clinic or 112, not the assistant.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design and software on the website belong to Curaply and may not be copied without permission.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
